  • For P1 Complete Service Outage you may call 0117 916 7961 to have a message sent to an engineer requesting progress update.
Please note: By using the form below to submit a fault, your details will be sent directly to our engineers. They will aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible. The ticketing system will be updated to notify you of progress with your issue.
